Refund policy
Version 3 October 2026. Applies to VPQ Audit purchases from ATK New Technology One Member Company Limited ("ATK").
1. Software licences (Team, Business)
14 days, no questions asked. Ask within 14 days of purchase and you get the full amount back. If it does not run. If the software does not install or run on a supported system and we cannot fix that within 14 days of your report, you get a full refund, even after the first 14 days.
2. PQC Readiness Audit
Full refund if you ask before the analyst review is delivered, or if we cannot deliver a working installation or the review. Once the review is delivered, the work is done and it is not refundable.
3. External Exposure Report
Full refund if we do not deliver the report within 5 business days of receiving your hostnames. Once delivered, it is not refundable.
4. How to ask
Email billing@atkvn.com with your order number, or reply to your Paddle or PayPal receipt. We answer within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method: Paddle checkout orders are refunded by Paddle.com, PayPal and invoice orders by ATK. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days.
