Privacy policy

1. What we collect
Contact form and email. Name, email, company and the message you send, the page you sent it from, your IP address and browser user-agent. Stored on our own server and mailbox, used only to answer you and to limit abuse.
Purchases. Orders through Paddle checkout are handled by Paddle.com as merchant of record; orders paid through PayPal are processed by PayPal for ATK. Each collects payment details under its own privacy policy; we receive your name, email, country, company and what you bought. We never see your card number.
Web server. Standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting. No analytics service, no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
2. The software
VPQ Audit runs on your infrastructure. Captures, configurations and reports stay there; the licence is checked offline and the software sends nothing to ATK.
3. External Exposure Report
We keep the hostnames you give us and the scan results only to deliver the report, and delete them when you ask or 90 days after delivery.
4. Free Check
When you use the Free Check at /check/, we store the hostnames you enter and their results for 30 days. Your IP address is stored only as a salted hash, for rate limiting, and deleted after 30 days. A result is visible only to the browser that ran it unless you create a shareable link. If you leave an email address to see the details and tick the consent box, we keep that address with the result and in our contact list, and may write to you about it; ask us any time to delete it.
5. Sharing, retention, your rights
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with Paddle and PayPal to process orders, and where the law requires. You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at support@atkvn.com; we answer within 30 days.
